Custom Oil Mist Collector

Above is an OM36X3X2 vertical packaged air cleaner custom designed to address the industrial air quality concerns of a customer who had a multitude of manufacturing processes going on including dust, welding fumes, oil mist vapors and smoke odors. A three stage filtration design was implemented which included a final HEPA 99.97% efficiency filter. As an additional consideration, the customer needed a commercial air purification system built for outdoor installation. To meet the demand the unit was designed with a weather hood and drip track above the door seals.

This unit is available in CFM ranges from 1,000 to 12,000.
