AZTech 3500 & 6000 Series

Industrial Maid offers "side or backdraft" filter wall units for use in industrial manufacturing plants to contain welding smoke, welding fumes, grinding dusts, vapors and other air borne contaminants. Mounted on a steel pallet with fork lift slips, this model offers three stages of filtration – 1) 2" polyester pre-filter or 2" spark baffle filter – 2) 4" pleated filter & 3) 45% to 95% multi pocket bag filter. A standard unit features a cabinet manufactured from high density polyethylene plastic – making it lighter, quieter, non-corrosive and environmentally friendly versus a steel cabinet system. The unit runs on low horsepower ratings, uses low air to cloth ratios and requires no compressed air or control boards for operation. The maintenance is fast and simple – access through the front or an option is available for rear access doors and no tools are required. The units offer business and industry a "lower cost of ownership" as compared to existing technologies. Full carbon steel construction is available for applications where required.
